Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://nibbles.sg website (the "Service") operated by Mr. Nibbles Pte. Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
The Service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
2. Product Information and Limitations
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Service are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Our pet food products are perishable by nature. We take careful measures to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during preparation, packaging, and shipping. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of products after delivery, especially if they are not properly stored according to the instructions provided.
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery services to locations within our service area, which may be updated from time to time. Delivery times and availability may vary based on your location, order volume, and other factors.
3.1 Shipping Fees
Standard delivery charges apply to all orders. Free shipping is available on orders with a net value of $60 or more after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied. If your order total after discounts is below $60, standard shipping fees will apply.
You agree to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order during the agreed delivery window. If no one is available to accept delivery, we will leave the package outside. Nibbles Fresh is not liable for the condition of the food left unattended. Additional delivery charges of $8 will apply for cases of redelivery, for example wrong delivery address provided or our delivery personnel being unable to access the premises.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, it is essential that you inspect all items upon delivery and store them according to the provided instructions immediately.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, third-party delivery services, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.
4. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, postal code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.
If you receive damaged products or if the quality does not meet our standards, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
For non-perishable items (such as feeding accessories or merchandise), different return policies may apply. Please contact our customer service for specific information.
5.1 Picky Eater Guarantee
First Order Limit
The Picky Eater Guarantee applies to your first Nibbles Fresh order only.
Eligible Products
The Picky Eater Guarantee applies only when your first order includes a Discovery Box or a total of 2 to 4 fresh trays. Eligible tray quantities may be purchased as Single Tray quantities or as a 4 Tray Bundle.
Exclusions
Orders containing only 1 tray are not eligible. Orders containing 5 or more trays, including 8 Tray Bundle orders, are not eligible unless the order also includes a Discovery Box.
Refund Cap
To prevent abuse, refunds are capped at the value of the eligible Discovery Box or up to 4 eligible trays in your first order. If your first order contains both eligible and non-eligible items, only the eligible portion may be refunded. The remaining items are considered final sale.
Household Limit
Limit one refund per household/address.
No return
If your dog refuses to eat the food, we will refund the eligible portion of your first order. We do not require a return of the frozen goods, but we ask that you donate the remaining trays to a local shelter or a friend's dog.
We cannot accept returns of frozen food for health and safety reasons. A donation helps reduce waste and supports dogs in need.
6. Referral Program
The Nibbles Fresh Referral Program lets eligible customers share a referral gift with another dog. When your dog refers a new dog household to Nibbles Fresh, the referred customer may receive a discount on their first eligible order, and you may receive a referral reward after the referred order qualifies.
The referral program is intended as a dog-to-dog gift between genuine households. It is not intended for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, resale, public coupon distribution, or artificial order activity.
6.1 Eligibility
To participate as a referrer, you must have a Nibbles Fresh customer account, at least one delivered Nibbles Fresh order, and at least one dog profile registered in your account.
Each customer account may have one customer referral code. If you have more than one dog profile, you may select which dog is shown as the gifting dog for your referral link. If you have only one dog profile, that dog may be used by default.
Nibbles Fresh may refuse, suspend, or remove access to the referral program if we believe the account, referral activity, or order history is not genuine or does not comply with these Terms.
6.2 Referred Customer Eligibility
The referral gift is available only to new customers from new households.
A referred customer is not eligible for the referral gift if they, their account, their contact details, payment details, shipping address, billing address, household, or order history match an existing Nibbles Fresh customer or household.
You may not use your own referral code. You may not create or use another account, email address, phone number, name, address variation, or other workaround to receive a referral gift for yourself or for the same household.
6.3 Referral Gift
The referred customer discount will be shown at checkout or in the referral offer. The discount applies only to eligible products and orders, and may be subject to minimum order values, product exclusions, delivery restrictions, or other checkout rules.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the referred customer discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes, public discounts, or special offers.
If the referred customer removes the referral code, applies another promotion, cancels the order, receives a refund, or otherwise fails to complete an eligible order, the referral may not qualify.
6.4 Referrer Reward
A referrer reward may be issued only after the referred customer completes a qualifying order and the order is accepted by Nibbles Fresh.
Referral rewards may be held in pending status until the referred order is reviewed, fulfilled, and no longer subject to cancellation, refund, chargeback, fraud review, or other disqualification.
Referral rewards are promotional credits only. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, sold, or assigned to another customer.
Where available, referral rewards may be applied to future eligible orders, including Auto Ship orders, according to the checkout rules shown at the time of purchase.
6.5 Abuse, Fraud, and Disqualification
Nibbles Fresh may reject, void, reverse, or withhold any referral gift, referral attribution, or referral reward if we believe there has been abuse, misuse, fraud, or activity inconsistent with the purpose of the referral program.
Examples include:
- Self-referrals or same-household referrals.
- Creating duplicate accounts to obtain discounts.
- Using another person's name, email, phone number, or address to avoid eligibility checks.
- Changing address formatting to avoid household detection.
- Referring fake, temporary, or non-genuine customers.
- Posting referral codes on coupon sites, deal forums, paid ads, or public promotion channels without permission.
- Reselling products purchased with referral discounts.
- Any conduct intended to manipulate referral attribution or rewards.
Nibbles Fresh's decision on referral eligibility, attribution, and reward qualification is final.
6.6 Program Changes
Nibbles Fresh may change, suspend, or end the referral program at any time. This includes changing the referral gift amount, reward amount, eligibility rules, reward expiry, participating products, or how rewards are earned and applied.
Changes may apply to future referral activity immediately once published or reflected in the customer account, referral page, checkout, or these Terms.
6.7 Personal Data and Verification
To operate the referral program, Nibbles Fresh may collect, use, compare, and process customer information such as account details, dog profile information, referral codes, order history, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and promo code usage.
This information may be used to verify eligibility, attribute referrals, issue rewards, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, and administer the referral program. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Pet Health Disclaimer
Our pet food products are formulated to provide quality nutrition for pets. However, individual pets may have specific dietary requirements or sensitivities.
We recommend consulting with a veterinarian before making any significant changes to your pet's diet, especially for pets with existing health conditions or specific nutritional needs.
The information provided on our website regarding pet nutrition and health is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues that may result from the use of our products. If your pet experiences any negative reactions after consuming our products, please discontinue use immediately and consult with a veterinarian.
8. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.
We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright or other intellectual property rights.
9. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
9.1 Third-Party Authentication
We provide the option to access your account using “Sign in with Google.” By choosing this method you authorize Google LLC to share your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) with us so we can identify you and operate your account. You remain responsible for safeguarding your Google credentials and for complying with Google's applicable terms and privacy policy.
We may revoke or suspend third-party authentication for any account that is misused, appears compromised, or violates these Terms. If you would like to disconnect your Google login or switch to an email/password login, please do so through your account settings page.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mr. Nibbles Pte. Ltd. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Singapore and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mr. Nibbles Pte. Ltd.
11. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mr. Nibbles Pte. Ltd.
Mr. Nibbles Pte. Ltd. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Mr. Nibbles Pte. Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or notify us that you wish to terminate your subscription services.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
14. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
15. Force Majeure
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, storm, strikes, riots, epidemics, pandemics, civil commotion, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, or any other event that is beyond our reasonable control.
