We currently release up to two complimentary sample deliveries per day. Eligible new-household requests are reviewed in queue order where possible; submission does not guarantee a sample.

Is the sample free?
Yes. Selected sample deliveries are complimentary, and no payment is collected when you submit the request form.
How many samples do you send each day?
We currently send up to two complimentary sample deliveries per day, depending on kitchen capacity, delivery availability, and ingredient stock. We may increase this over time.
Will I definitely receive a sample if I am a new customer?
Samples are intended for new households, but each request is reviewed before delivery. Eligible new-household requests are reviewed in queue order where possible. If your request is selected, we will send an order confirmation with delivery details.
Who can request a sample?
The sample programme is intended for new households who have not ordered from Nibbles Fresh before.
Can I still use first-order offers after receiving a sample?
If your sample request is approved, your sample order counts as your first Nibbles Fresh order. This means first-order offers, referral first-order discounts, and other new-customer promotions will not apply afterward. You may still use other offers when eligible.
Can I request a sample if my dog has allergies?
Yes. Please tell us about any known allergies or sensitivities in the request form so we can review carefully.
When will I know if I am selected?
If your request is selected, we will send an email confirmation with delivery details.
Do I need to switch my dog's food immediately?
No. A sample is just a first taste. If your dog enjoys it, we can help you decide what to do next.
