It grew up in the pristine sea lochs of Scotland at lower density, hence the free-range characteristics and exceptional nutrition profile: 2.6g of omega-3 and 1320mg of EPA+DHA per 100g of salmon; high protein, vitamins B12, D, E, selenium, & iodine.
